We take security of your personal data and credit card details very seriously. We use secure server software (SSL) which is amongst the best technology available. We use HSBC secure online ordering platform. All personal data including Credit Card details and telephone numbers are encrypted and we do not have any access to them. In addition, HSBC store the data in an encrypted disk drive using 512-bit PPG data encryption.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
The only information we hold include your name, address, telephone number, email address and order history. This information is not passed on to third part, nor would be used for any marketing purposes by us without your explicit consent
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

Use of Credit Reference Agency Information and sharing of credit information
In the interests of responsible lending and for security purposes searches with credit reference agencies are carried out when you register for the 'Finance' payment option and further searches may be carried out before deciding whether to accept orders and/or grant further credit.
The agencies record these searches.
Information about you and other members of your household and those with whom you are financially linked will be used to verify your identity and for the credit assessment of you and them. We may also use your information for payment recovery or fraud and debt tracing. We will pass on details of defaulting accounts to debt collection agencies.
