We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

We endeavour to replace the faulty goods and in the event it cannot be replaced will refund the value of the goods. Please note in cases of replacement that we are bound by manufacturer lead times which can be up to 12 weeks from the time of ordering the replacement.

We endeavour to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of the pictures or photographs that are shown.
