All items are dispatched to our delivery partner company within the quoted time period on the product page and an email notification will be sent to you. |

They will then aim to deliver within 10 working days. They will normally contact you the day before the planned delivery date |

If this is not suitable then you can arrange another mutually convenient time. This however may delay your delivery. |

Please note that if you are not present or otherwise unavailable at the arranged delivery time, when the driver calls then you wil be liable to a failed delivery charge before another delivery date is arranged. |

Deliveries are done Monday to Friday only
All deliveries are to ground floor locations only. Please contact our sales team if you need the furniture taken to other locations
We would be grateful if you could give the driver a hand in delivery, if you are unable to do so please let us know we can arrange another driver to attend the delivery, and there is a charge of £45 per delivery for this service |

All deliveries are charged except for orders over £750 when it is FREE. Delivery charge will depend on your post code. We are currently offering FREE delivery on ALL orders to UK mainland ! (exceptions see below) |
