Does my furniture come assembled?
The ‘Assembly Note’ will indicate if the item is supplied flat packed or assembled. All assembled items are delivered assembled. If the item is supplied flat packed them you have the option of having it assembled. Simply select the ‘assembly option’ you need before adding the item to cart.

Can I have my ‘Flat packed furniture’ assembled?
We offer assembly service for some items that are supplied flat packed. This service is restricted to SE England post codes only.
Please click here to check the areas. Please select ‘Assembled’ option if you live within the area and would like your flat packed furniture assembled. The ‘Assembled’ price includes the price of the furniture and the assembly charge.

Where will my furniture be assembled?
Small items of furniture that are usually supplied flat packed are assembled in our warehouses and delivered assembled. This includes flat packed bedsides, chest of drawers, sideboards, dining chairs, coffee tables, blanket boxes, small/medium sized bookcases etc. Basically any items that can be safely and easily transported to your home in its assembled form is delivered assembled.
Bulky items are assembled in your room of choice at the time of your delivery. You need to allow access to our assembly staff and please make sure they have adequate room to work by clearing away any other furniture that may be in the way.
Items that are assembled at the time of your delivery include furniture that cannot be transported easily once it is assembled and include beds, wardrobes, dining tables etc.

When will my furniture be assembled?
Large items are assembled at the time of the delivery. You will be notified of this when we arrange your delivery.
Additional surcharge will be applied if our staff need to make an additional journey for assembly.
Smaller items are assembled at our warehouses before delivery.
Please allow up to 7 working days in addition to the quoted delivery time if select the additional assembly service.

What if I select the assembled option and I live outside your delivery area?
We will contact to you let you know and refund the assembly charge. If you do not wish to proceed with the order at that point, we will offer you a full refund and your order will be cancelled.

Is there are fee for assembly?
Yes. The fee depends on the item and please bear in mind that the service is restricted to certain postcodes only. If you are unclear please call 0845 20 10 746.
When you select ‘Yes’ the amount indicated will be added to your basket at check out.

What about returns and refunds for assembled items?
In the event of you returning or refunding an item that is normally supplied flat packed but you have purchased it ‘Assembled’, only the value of the flat packed goods will be refunded. Standard Terms and conditions for
Returns and Cancellations will also apply. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Do you remove old furniture?
Yes we do. We charge
£9.99 per item and ensure responsible disposal and recycling where possible.
